YES. You read the title correctly: The Kamikaze Snowmen are hosting an Important Giveaway related to this year’s CoreCon, which is happening less than two weeks into the future.
Here’s the deal: The Kamikaze Snowmen are this year’s honored* music guests at CoreCon, which takes place May 4th - 6th at The AmericInn in Moorhead, and have been given an extra pass for the convention which they are GIVING AWAY (because they’ve been told they can’t sell it) along with the title of “Best Dressed Kamikaze Snowmen Fan on Earth, Ever” regardless of what you’re wearing. We’ll also reserve a seat for you right up front at our CoreCon show (Friday May 4th, 8pm)! How can you obtain this pass, title, and seat? It’s easy! Here’s how:
Listed below are numerous ways to enter; you can complete any number of these and gain an entry into the giveaway for each one. After you complete one of the entry requirements, post a comment to this blog indicating your name (first name and last initial is sufficient) and which entry method you completed. We will accept entries through Sunday, April 29th, then we will tally up the entries and randomly draw a winner who we will contact on Monday, April 30th; the winner will need to respond by 12:00pm (CST) Tuesday, May 1st or a new winner will be drawn and contacted. Once the winner has confirmed their acceptance of the prize we will announce it here and on Facebook and Twitter. The winner will be able to claim their CoreCon pass at CoreCon on Friday, May 4th.
Please also note that this prize does not cover any other expenses related to CoreCon— we unfortunately can’t cover your travel, lodging, and/or food expenses. However, if you are of a legal drinking age, we will be happy to do a Melted Kamikaze Snowmen shot with you, at our expense.
